DESC: Beginning Monday, June 12, the schedule of summer Fitness For Life workouts (open to anyone) are as follows:

Monday - 9:00 to 10:30 - WCHS Soccer Field - "Circuits"

Wednesday - 9:00 to 10:30 - WCHS Soccer Field - Running Interval Workouts

Saturday - 9:00-10:30 - Various locations - Long Run

Skills Camp

WHEN: 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
WHERE: Eagles Soccer Field
DESC: Skills Camp is the first of two weeks of camps leading up to high school tryouts. The first camp is a great opportunity to get a lot of touches on the ball including passing, dribbling and shooting. We will also work on tactical work with defensive formation and scrimmaging.

DESC: This is week 2 of camps leading up to tryouts. This week is a great opportunity to get your muscles going (get through the soreness) before tryouts begin. During this camp we will be doing short and long distance training. We will definitely be getting air in the lungs and getting the body moving.
